Neoantigen Identification
Neoantigen Identification is the computational and immunogenomic process of detecting tumor-specific peptides derived from somatic mutations that are predicted to bind to major histocompatibility complex molecules and elicit an adaptive immune response, thereby distinguishing them from normal self-antigens in the context of cancer immunotherapy research.
