Multi-region Sequencing

Multi-Region Sequencing is a genomic profiling method that involves the spatially stratified sampling and high-throughput sequencing of multiple distinct regions within a single tumor or across multiple tumors in the same patient to capture intratumoral and intertumoral heterogeneity, thereby enabling the reconstruction of clonal evolution trajectories.
