Morpholino Oligonucleotides

Morpholino Oligonucleotides is a synthetic antisense oligonucleotide analog that belongs to the class of nucleic acid derivatives in which the ribose sugar is replaced by a morpholine ring and phosphodiester linkages are replaced by phosphorodiamidate groups, enabling sequence-specific gene expression modulation through steric blocking of RNA targets without inducing RNase H degradation.
