Microvalve Design

Microvalve Design is a soft lithography-based microfabrication methodology that specifies the structural and functional parameters of microscale fluidic control elements, distinguished by its integration of elastomeric materials and lithographic patterning to enable precise actuation and regulation of fluid flow in lab-on-a-chip systems.
