Microbial Proteomics

Microbial Proteomics is the large-scale study of the complete set of proteins expressed by microorganisms under specific conditions, distinguished from other omics approaches by its focus on the identification, quantification, and functional analysis of microbial proteomes to understand cellular processes, interactions, and regulatory mechanisms at the protein level.
