Long Noncoding Rna Profiling

Long Noncoding RNA Profiling is a transcriptomic analysis technique that characterizes the expression, structure, and regulatory functions of long noncoding RNAs within a biological sample, distinguishing it from other RNA profiling methods by its exclusive focus on non-protein-coding transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides involved in epigenetic, transcriptional, and post-transcriptional regulation.
