Label-free Quantification Integration

Label-Free Quantification Integration is a computational framework in proteomics data integration that enables the consolidation and comparative analysis of peptide or protein abundance measurements across multiple LC-MS datasets without the use of isotopic labeling, by aligning retention times, normalizing intensities, and matching features to support quantitative biological interpretation.
