Jacobian Determinant Analysis

Jacobian Determinant Analysis is a mathematical method used in volume registration that quantifies local volume changes by computing the determinant of the Jacobian matrix derived from the spatial deformation field, thereby distinguishing it from other registration metrics through its sensitivity to expansion and contraction at each point in the transformed space.
