Isoform-specific Protein Profiling
Isoform-Specific Protein Profiling is an analytical approach within activity-based protein profiling that selectively targets and characterizes the functional states of individual protein isoforms, distinguished by their unique post-translational modifications, substrate specificities, or subcellular localizations, to enable precise mapping of isoform-resolved enzymatic activities in complex biological systems.
