Haplotype-based Association Analysis

Haplotype-Based Association Analysis is a genome-wide association study method that tests for statistical associations between phenotypes and haplotypes—combinations of alleles at multiple linked loci—rather than individual single nucleotide polymorphisms, thereby leveraging linkage disequilibrium and phase information to enhance detection power for causal variants.
