Fungal Proteomics

Fungal Proteomics is the large-scale study of the complete set of proteins expressed by fungal organisms, characterized by the systematic identification, quantification, and functional analysis of the fungal proteome to elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying fungal biology, metabolism, and interactions in industrial and biochemical contexts.
