Emulsion Yielding
Emulsion Yielding is a rheological framework that characterizes the transition of an emulsion from a solid-like, yield-stress-dominated state to a liquid-like, flow state under applied stress, distinguishing itself by explicitly accounting for interfacial film strength and droplet interactions in concentrated systems.
