Deamidation Risk

Deamidation Risk is a biochemical stability metric that quantifies the susceptibility of asparagine and glutamine residues in a protein sequence to undergo deamidation, a non-enzymatic post-translational modification that can alter protein structure, function, and immunogenicity, thereby influencing the developability of biotherapeutic candidates.
