Cyclin B-cdk1 Complex
The Cyclin B-Cdk1 Complex is a heterodimeric serine/threonine protein kinase composed of cyclin B and cyclin-dependent kinase 1 that regulates the G2 to M phase transition of the cell cycle by phosphorylating key substrates involved in nuclear envelope breakdown, chromosome condensation, and spindle assembly.
