Collective Worker Representation
Collective Worker Representation is a formal institutional arrangement within the domain of labor relations whereby workers exercise their right to freedom of association through elected or designated representatives to negotiate, consult, or engage in dialogue with employers or management on matters affecting working conditions, distinct from individual representation by its emphasis on unified, group-based voice and collective decision-making.
