Class Ab Biasing

Class AB Biasing is a transistor biasing technique that belongs to the class of amplifier operating point stabilization methods, distinguished by setting the quiescent point such that both transistors in a push-pull configuration conduct for slightly more than half but less than the full input cycle, thereby reducing crossover distortion while maintaining greater efficiency than Class A.
