Call-Back Pay is a form of supplementary compensation provided to employees who are required to return to work outside their regularly scheduled hours after having completed and clocked out from a prior shift, distinguished from other types of overtime pay by the involuntary nature of the recall and the discontinuity between the initial and subsequent work periods.
