Biphasic Response Modeling
Biphasic Response Modeling is an exposure-response modeling approach that characterizes dose- or exposure-dependent effects exhibiting two distinct phases—typically an initial stimulatory or beneficial effect at low levels followed by an inhibitory or adverse effect at higher levels—thereby distinguishing it from monotonic or uniphasic response models.
