B Cell Antigen Processing

B Cell Antigen Processing is a specialized immunological mechanism within antigen processing whereby B cells internalize, degrade, and present extracellular antigens via major histocompatibility complex class II molecules to CD4+ T helper cells, distinguishing it from dendritic or macrophage antigen processing by its antigen-specific receptor-mediated uptake and role in adaptive humoral immunity.
