Avidity-based Purification

Avidity-Based Purification is a biochemical separation technique that isolates antibodies by leveraging the cumulative strength of multiple simultaneous binding interactions between the antibody and immobilized antigens or ligands, distinguishing it from affinity-based methods through its dependence on multivalent binding avidity rather than monovalent affinity alone.
