Attorney Responsiveness is a construct in legal communication theory that denotes the degree to which an attorney’s oral argument directly addresses the questions, concerns, and apparent priorities of the adjudicating court, particularly in real time during oral advocacy, thereby distinguishing it from mere preparedness or rhetorical effectiveness.
