Arbitration Clauses

"Arbitration Clause" is a contractual provision in a standard form contract, collective bargaining agreement, or commercial agreement that belongs to the genus of dispute resolution mechanisms and is distinguished by its specification of binding arbitration as the exclusive method for resolving disputes arising under the agreement, often preempting judicial remedies and implicating issues of unconscionability in its enforcement.
