Alpha-helix Mimics

Alpha-Helix Mimics is a peptidomimetic construct designed to structurally and functionally emulate the secondary conformation of an alpha-helix by stabilizing the spatial orientation of key side-chain residues through non-peptidic scaffolds, thereby preserving protein-protein interaction interfaces while enhancing metabolic stability and bioavailability.
