Tanshinone II-A Inhibits Invasion and Metastasis of Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells <i>in Vitro</i> and <i>in Vivo</i>

Abstract

Tanshinone II-A effectively inhibited invasion and metastasis of HCC cells in vitro and in vivo, partly by inhibiting the activity of MMP2 and MMP9, and partly via the NF-kappa B signal transduction pathway.
