Abstract

Our comprehensive proteomic analysis deepens the understanding of liver function and MASLD pathology by elucidating key cellular mechanisms and multi-organ interactions, and demonstrates the robustness of a proteomics-based biomarker panel to enhance diagnosis of MASLD and significant fibrosis.
