Abstract

GC spatial transcriptomes revealed functional cellular crosstalk involving multiple cell types among which the interaction between <i>CCL2+</i> fibroblasts and <i>STAT3</i>-activated macrophages plays roles in establishing immune-suppressive GC TME with potential clinical relevance.
