Abstract

Linear Capacitive Sensor for Tactile Perception Tactile perception plays an important role in safe and dexterous manipulations. In article number 2206807, Mengying Xie and co‐workers present a flexible pressure sensor with ultrahigh sensitivity and excellent linearity in a broad sensing range for physiological signal monitoring. Furthermore, integrated with pneumatic soft fingers, linear material hardness discrimination with tunable sensitivity is achieved. [Image: see text]
