Nonuniform quantum geometry in terms of the Fubini-Study metric is shown to play a key role at low energies of strongly interacting lattice models by inducing an emergent interaction-driven dispersion. In particular, this is related to the (de)stabilization of both symmetry-broken and topologically ordered states in moir\'e systems.
