Abstract

Three <i>Lactobacillus</i> strains significantly alleviate the gastrointestinal discomfort and the gastric inflammatory response of <i>H. pylori</i>-infected patients. The activity of probiotics in eradicating <i>H. pylori</i>infection may be species/strain specific.
