Reduction of Cardiac Fibrosis by Interference With YAP-Dependent Transactivation

Abstract

Our study indicates that preventing molecular translation of mechanical cues in cardiac stromal cells reduces the impact of cardiac maladaptive remodeling with a positive effect on fibrosis.
