Dexamethasone as an adjuvant to peripheral nerve block

Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the comparative efficacy and safety of both perineural dexamethasone and intravenous dexamethasone versus placebo as an adjuvant to peripheral nerve block for postoperative pain control in patients undergoing surgery.
