Abstract

Lebendig markiert: Eine Proteinmarkierungsmethode, die einen einzelnen Aminosäurelinker in Form eines N-terminalen Cysteinrests sowie niedermolekulare Sonden mit einer Cyanbenzothiazol(CBT)-Einheit verwendet, wurde für die spezifische Fluoreszenzmarkierung von Proteinen in vitro und auf der Oberfläche lebender Zellen eingesetzt (siehe Schema).
