Automated Solid‐Phase Synthesis of Protected Tumor‐Associated Antigen and Blood Group Determinant Oligosaccharides

Noch etwas Zucker? Der Einsatz eines neuen Linkers sowie die Überwachung jeder Glycosylierung bei der automatisierten Festphasensynthese ermöglicht den schnellen Aufbau von drei Lewis-artigen Zelloberflächen-Oligosacchariden. Die Synthese des geschützten Tumormarkers Ley–Lex (siehe Struktur; Bn=Benzyl, Piv=Pivaloyl, TCA=Trichloracetyl) aus Monosacchariden wurde in nur 23 h durchgeführt, die Synthese von Lewis X und Lewis Y nahm sogar nur 12 bzw. 14 h in Anspruch.
