Abstract

Für schwierige Kandidaten: Aus zwei einzähnigen Liganden (der eine beruht auf einem Zink(II)-porphyrin, der andere auf einem substituierten Phosphan) wurde mithilfe von Hochdurchsatzmethoden in Kombination mit Selbstorganisationsprinzipien eine große Zahl zweizähniger Liganden hergestellt. Die Bibliothek lieferte einen Rh-Katalysator, der das Enamid 1 mit der bislang höchsten Enantioselektivität hydriert.
