Abstract

J-Aggregate antworten dynamisch auf durch Rühren erzeugte Strudel. Das CD-Signal kehrt sich mit der Rührrichtung um, und seine Intensität nimmt zu. Bei längerem Rühren lagern sich chirale Aggregate an der Küvettenwand ab, deren Chiraliät von der Rührrichtung abhängt. Das Rühren verschiebt das Gleichgewicht einer racemischen Mischung zu der durch die Rührrichtung gewählten (und bevorzugten) Seite (siehe Bild; CW,CCW: Rühren im bzw. gegen den Uhrzeiger).
