Vitexin and Isovitexin Act through Inhibition of Insulin Receptor to Promote Longevity and Fitness in <i>Caenorhabditis elegans</i>

Abstract

Vitexin and isovitexin may inhibit IIS pathway by occupying adenosine-triphosphate binding site pocket of IGFR, subsequently decreasing IGFR expression, thereby promoting longevity and fitness.
