Abstract

Fuzuloparib as maintenance therapy achieved a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in PFS for patients with platinum-sensitive, recurrent ovarian cancer versus placebo, regardless of germline <i>BRCA 1/2</i> mutation, and showed a manageable safety profile.
