Abstract

We propose a new walker using omni-directional roller wheel for the rehabilitation. This walker will be called Omni-Directional mobile Walker. The new walker have following features. (1) This walker has the function of which the safety under training is guaranteed. (2) Because this walker can adjust to all the movements of walking, the best effect of training will be achieved. Finally, the two features were verified by basic running experiment and actual clinical experiment.
