The purpose of this study was to examine the direct and indirect effects of Transformational Leadership, Quality Work Life (QWL), Digital Transformation, Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on Innovative Work Behavior (IWB), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Universities Performance. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents at university lecturers in Banten which were determined by purposive sampling method. The data collection method is by distributing online questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study is structural equation modeling.. The path analysis used in this study is partial least squares (PLS), using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. Based on data analysis conclude that transformational leadership has significant effect on universities performance , transformational leadership has significant effect on Innovative work behavior, transformational leadership has not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. LMX has not significant effect on universities performance, LMX has significant effect on IWB. LMX has not significant effect on OCB. QWL has not significant effect on universities performance, QWL has not significant effect on Innovative work behavior, QWL has significant effect on OCB, digital transformation has not significant effect on universities performance , digital transformation has not significant effect on IWB. digital transformation has not significant effect on OCB, IWB has not significant effect on universities. The novelty of this research is a model of the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Innovative Work Behavior, Quality Work Life, Digital Transformation, Leader Member Exchange and Universities Performance using the mix method method.
