Burden of acromegaly in the United States: increased health services utilization, location of care, and costs of care

Abstract

Compared with matched controls, patients with acromegaly were more likely to utilize healthcare services in nearly all LoCs and accrue higher expenditures at each LoC, with the exception of ED services.
