Abstract

Our research into anti-inflammatory and protective effects of MF has shown that it is a promising candidate for further in vitro and in vivo investigations of MF interventions with respect to acute and chronic inflammation, including potentially beneficial effects on the inflammatory component of brain diseases such as stroke and Alzheimer's disease.
