Abstract

THZ1 potently reduces multiple myeloma cell proliferation through transcriptional downregulation of MCL-1, BCL-X<sub>L</sub>, and c-MYC <i>in vitro</i> and <i>in vivo</i>. It warrants further attention as a therapeutic agent in multiple myeloma.
