On the basis of theory of the Capability Maturity Model and the "China Manufacturing 2025" plan, this paper studies the maturity model of intelligent manufacturing based on the current situation in China from three aspects: maturity level, capability factor and maturity requirements. According to the analysis results by self-evaluation platform of China Electronics Standardization Institute, the maturity of intelligent manufacturing capabilities of most manufacturing companies in China is still at Level 1 or below Level 1, and there is a lot of room to improve.
