The paper presents a compact outline of the integrated info-modelling technology (SCANER) developed and successfully used in Russia to support the strategic decisions in the energy sector on the state and corporate levels. Key components of the SCANER technology are described as well as the unique system of the multi-level coordination of the forecasts.
