One of the most discussed topics in industrial systems recently is human robot collaboration in part due to its importance in the design of smart factories, within the scope of Industry 4.0. This paper present a methodology to aid the creation of human robot collaborative systems and operations by providing an ontology to support the extraction of relevant operation and system requirements. By using these requirements to determine the suitability of the available resources, allocation possibilities can be identified.
