The article suggests a criterion of plate laminated material machinability depending on the separation by hydroabrasive waterjet is used at initial drifting. The criterion allows determining the necessity of the technological drifting mode adjustment. Also they allow assessing the necessity of inter-pattern distance increase while details marking, the necessity of moving the initial drifting point away from processing contour, the necessity of using special technological modes ("clipping cut", etc.) in the cut-out details, the possibility of the internal surfaces (axial slots, mortises, apertures, etc.) processing. A technique of material diagnostics and determination of a relative lamination machinability index for sheet layered glass plastics fiber has been developed. The diagnostics algorithm for glass plastic fiber and the determination of relative lamination machinability index is developed.
