Abstract

Our discussions on pages 11 and 12 of our recently published review paper in this journal were influenced in part by the discussions within an earlier work on the same subject by F Schwierz [1], including, in particular, the observations on lines 41–43 of the body text in the right column of page 11 and lines 17–19 and 30–33 in left column of page 12.
