Abstract

LY2606368 selectively eliminates replication-stressed, p53-deficient and hyperdiploid CRC-SCs independently of <i>RAS</i> mutational status. These results provide a strong rationale for biomarker-driven clinical trials with LY2606368 in patients with CRC.
