Insulin Resistance and Prognosis of Nondiabetic Patients With Ischemic Stroke

Abstract

Insulin resistance was associated with an increased risk of death, stroke recurrence, and poor outcome but not dependence in nondiabetic patients with acute ischemic stroke.
