This is the second edition of a book concerned with the theory and application of x-ray diffraction to polycrystalline materials in particular. The first edition is an established text for many metallurgists, physicists and chemists interested in orientation and quality of single crystals, structure and texture of polycrystalline aggregates and chemical analysis using x-rays.
